Omori Kaisoten was established as a forwarding and shipping agent in Kobe Port.

1886

Opened a branch office in Dojima, Osaka.

1901

Acquired official license as freight forwarder and customs brokerage according to the law concerning customs brokerage.

1921

Incorporated into a joint stock company.

1939

Opened Shanghai branch to meet expanded business between Japan and China.

1940

Established Omori Gumi to participate in the industrial development project in Banshu area, and promoted land transport.

1947

Opened Osaka branch.

1948

Opened business branches in Tokyo and Nagoya.

1949

Opened Yokohama office.

1965

Built a warehouse at Maya Pier, Kobe.

1966

Opened Shinagawa office.

1970

Built Omori's shed and installed heavy cargo handling facility at Mikagehama, Kobe

1978

Built L-8 Terminal equipped with liner berth,at Port Island,Kobe.

1981

Built Warehouse No.2 at Sorami,Nagoya.

1986

Started operation of a combined goods storage shed at Nanko,Osaka.

1987

Built a seaborne freight distribution center at Ohi Pier,Tokyo.

1988

Installed facilities for distribution,inspection and processing of imported goods at the warehouse in Maya Terminal.

1989

Established a joint venture company, "MAR BIN TRANS-SERVICE CO., LTD." In Bangkok, Thailand.
Established a joint venture company, "BANGPOO INTERMODAL SYSTEM CO., LTD." In Bangkok, Thailand.

1992

Opened Hong Kong Representative Office and China/Shanghai Representative Office.

1994

Established a joint venture company, "Beijing Hua-Shang International Logistics Co., Ltd." in Beijing, China.

1995

Moved the liner berth from L-8 to L-7 within Port Island, Kobe after the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake.

1996

Opened a representative office in Qingdao, China.

1997

Established a joint venture company, "Shanghai Longfei International Logistics Co., Ltd." in Shanghai, China.

1997

Built Rokko Distribution Center in Mikagehama, Kobe.

2001

Established a joint venture company "Ever Gain & Omori Forwarding Ltd." in Hong Kong, China.

2002

Established "EGO Logistics Ltd." at Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in Shanghai, China.

2003

Established a joint venture company, "Shanghai Ohaimori Distribution Co. Ltd." in Shanghai, China.

2004

Established our own company, "Qingdao Ohaimori Distribution Co. Ltd." in Qingdao, China.

2005

Expanded the 2nd Sorami Warehouse in Nagoya, and changed the name to "Sorami Distribution Center."

2007

Increased capital against EGO Logistics Ltd. in Shanghai to establish a new company as "Omori Kaisoten International Logistics Ltd."

2010

Established our own company, "Omori Kaisoten International Logistics Ltd. Qingdao Branch" in Qingdao,China

2012

Established a joint venture company, "Omori & Thomas Logistic Services(Cambodia)Co., Ltd." in Phnom Penh Cambodia.Opened Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City,Vietnam.

Established a joint venture company, "Ever Gain & Omori (Thailand) Co., Ltd." In Bangkok, Thailand.

2015

Established "Omori Kaisoten Vietnam Co.,Ltd." in Ho Chi Minh City,Vietnam.

2016

Established "Omori Kaisoten Vietnam Co.,Ltd. Ha Noi Branch" in Ha Noi City,Vietnam.

2017

Established "Omori Kaisoten India Private Limited " in New Delhi, India.
